Centre for Research in Medicine, Law & Bioethics (CMLAB), has received a grant from the Thakur Foundation (USA) for a two-year project (Nov 2022-Oct 2024).

The Project aims to focus on the following aspects:

1. Regulation of CRISPR Technology
2. Discrimination and Exclusion of people with pre-existing ailments in health insurance policies
3. Regulation of advertising by healthcare institutions
4. Health Apps, test data and data protection
5. Regulating Clinical Establishment
