Dr. Sudipt Kumar holds an interdisciplinary academic background spanning social sciences and management. He earned his PhD in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management from the Vinod Gupta School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi, and master’s degrees from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
Dr. Kumar has previously held research positions at the Centre for Knowledge Societies, New Delhi, and the Institute of Rural Management, Anand. His research interests include social intelligence, gainful employment, organizational theory, and the management of nonprofit organizations.
