At JIBS, the emphasis was always on striking a balance between comprehension of theory and adaptation of such models to fit the industrial mould. From workshops to field trips, industry mentors and student led initiatives along with the most integral element of 3 mandatory internships - the 2 year course curriculum has been structured to achieve and perfect the knowledge and implementation of psychological skills in the corporate environment. JIBS has bridged this gap with their mission of sparking a curious need for innovation in every student. The conviction with which I take decisions in the workplace today is because of the experiential training I was lucky to receive during my time here. Thank you, JIBS.
