Suparna Jain is a Lecturer at Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat, India. She pursued her Master’s degree (LLM) with a specialization in Commercial law from Faculty of Law, University of Cambridge, United Kingdom. She obtained her law degree B.A.LL.B (Honours) from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab (RGNUL) in 2020. She has completed her Diploma in Cyber Laws from the Government Law College, Mumbai.
She holds experience in Litigation and Dispute Resolution in the Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi, Punjab and Haryana High Court as well as various Tribunals across the country. She has also worked in legal policy with the Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy where she undertook legal policy making and researched extensively on Corporate Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Securities Law among others.
