Biography

Sudhanshu has (approx.) 17 years of experience in the field of law and his areas of focus is corporate commercial laws where he has advised and led clients in debt financing and merger and acquisition transactions, banking and finance laws, projects and infrastructure. He also regularly advises and opinions on general corporate issues, foreign exchange laws, investment structures and strategic planning.

Sudhanshu is a qualified New York Attorney along with being a member of the Delhi Bar Council and has done his Bachelor of Law from VIPS, GGSIPU, Delhi, India and Masters in Law (LL.M.) in Corporate, Banking and Finance Law with concentration on Financial Services Transactions and Securities Transactions from Boston University, USA. Sudhanshu was designated as an LL.M. Scholar by the Boston University’s LL.M. Scholar Committee.

I have worked in top tier law firms of India like DMD, Khaitan & Khaitan and Link Legal - India Law Services.  I have had the privilege of gaining diversified legal experience across various area like general corporate, transactional work, litigations and disputes, advisory and real estate. My expertise extends to advising on a broad spectrum of legal matters, particularly in general corporate and transactional contexts—covering debt and equity financings. I have substantial experience of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of industry contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and collaboration agreements.

Sudhanshu has had the fortune of advising and representing clients not only on the non-contentious transaction work but also on contentious matters and represented clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, Arbitration Tribunals and other fora.
