Samrit Kharel is an Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Law School. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Bachelor of Laws from Tribhuvan University and a Master of Laws from Harvard University. His research is in the areas of comparative public law, international law, and legal theory. Before joining Jindal, Samrit was a Visiting Professional at the International Criminal Court, and also worked with TRIAL International and the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance. Earlier in his career, he practiced law in Nepal, litigating cases and advising clients in constitutional and public interest matters.
