Anshuman Shukla is a full-time faculty at the Jindal Global Law School (JGLS), OP Jindal Global University. He primarily teaches Constitutional Law to the LLB and BA programmes. He holds the Master of Law (LL.M.) from the University of Cambridge as the Cambridge Trust & Commonwealth Scholar. Before joining JGU, he held a full-time teaching position as Assistant Professor at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, where he currently teaches an elective course in Constitutional Arguments as a visiting faculty. He also holds another Master of Laws (LL.M.) from NALSAR, Hyderabad. He completed his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi (DU). His research interests include history of ideas, moral philosophy, and constitutional law. His publications are indexed with SCOPUS and UGC-CARE indexed journals, like Routledge, Taylor & Francis, Bloomsbury etc.
Prof. Anshuman was awarded the Cambridge Trust & Commonwealth Scholarship as full grant towards tuition, travel, and accommodation at the University of Cambridge. He has also qualified the National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET) along with the award of the Junior Research Fellowship (UGC-JRF). He has been invited to speak at various conferences and seminars, such as the International Conference on Law, Regulations and Public Policy (4th LRPP, Singapore), Dignity Law Conference (Centre for Constitutional Law, Policy and good Governance, NALSAR), Panel Discussion on The Monarchy-led Urban Development in Thailand (Centre for Constitutional Law Studies, JGU), 10th International Conference on International Law (ISIL, Delhi), International Conference on Trade & Investment Laws: Emerging Legal & Economic Perspectives (University of Greenwich, University of Bradford, IIFT (Govt. of India) and Bennett University), International Conference on Green Governance, Climate Justice, Trade & Environmental Rights: Constitutional & Legal Perspectives (HNLU) etc.
