Parkhi Saxena is an Assistant Professor at the Jindal Global Law School. She is also an Assistant Dean in the Office of Academic Affairs and an Assistant Editor in the Jindal Global Law Review. She teaches courses on Family Law and has been an Assistant Instructor in various electives, namely, Parliamentary Privileges and the Tenth Schedule to the Constitution, Intersectional Feminism, and Illusory Justice. She joined the University in 2023 after the completion of her master’s in International Human Rights Law from the University of Essex on the J.N. Tata Scholarship. During her time at Essex, she was selected by the Human Rights Clinic to work with the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) on their liaison project, for which she was awarded the Essex Law School Bursary. Parkhi has published journal articles and presented her research in variousinternational conferences on her primary research areas which include refugee and migration law, women’s rights, minority rights, and the intersection of human rights and technology.
