Biography

Bidisha Bandyopadhyay is a lecturer at Jindal Global Law School. She holds an LL.M. in International Human Rights Law from the University of Liverpool, UK. Her academic interests lie in public law, international human rights law, criminal law, and comparative constitutional and administrative law, with an emerging focus on law and technology and digital rights.

Her academic work reflects a strong engagement with comparative and transnational legal frameworks. She has published in leading Scopus-indexed and UGC CARE-listed journals and contributed chapters to edited volumes with international publishers on themes including freedom of religion, wage justice, digital speech, access to the internet as a human right, environmental governance, and international adjudication. She has also presented her research at several national and international conferences.
