Speaker:
Prof. Neha Kumari is an Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Business School, O.P. Jindal Global University. She holds a Ph.D. from the Department of Management Studies, IIT Roorkee, and is a recipient of the UGC-JRF fellowship. Her research focuses on diversity and inclusion, sustainability, and disability studies. Prof. Kumari has published in reputed ABDC-A and Q2 journals and presented her work at prestigious conferences including AOM, EURAM, BAM, and PAN IIM. She has also received funding from ICSSR and was awarded the Best Researcher Award 2023 by ITSR Foundation.
