Biography

Dr. Richa Goyal is working as an Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Business School, O.P. Jindal Global University. She has completed her doctoral degree in Finance from Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee. She holds a Master’s in Commerce (M.Com.) degree with a specialization in Finance from the Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), University of Delhi. She has done a Bachelor’s in Commerce Hons. (B.Com. Hons.) from Hansraj College, University of Delhi. She is the gold medalist in her Post Graduation (M.Com.).

She has keen interest in teaching and research. Her research interests include dividend decisions, corporate governance and board diversity. Her teaching interests include Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, Security Analysis and Portfolio Management, and Spreadsheets.
