Dr. Priyam Kukreja is an Assistant Professor in the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management area at Jindal Global Business School (JGBS) at O P Jindal Global University. She earned her PhD in OB & HRM from the Indian Institute of Management Indore, following her M.Com. (Hons.) from the University Business School, Panjab University.
Her research explores leadership, followership harmful work behaviours such as gaslighting, organizational deception, and the future of work, with publications in leading Scopus-indexed journals, including the European Management Journal, Journal of Business Research, and Tourism Review, among others. She has also contributed book chapters and presented at premier conferences, including EGOS, ANZAM, and INDAM.
She has served as a reviewer for international conferences and journals and was a track chair at CERE (the annual conference of IIM Indore) in 2023. She is the recipient of multiple academic recognitions, including the People’s Choice Award and runner-up position in the Three Minute Thesis Competition (flagship competition of University of Queensland, India) and the HR Track runner-up award at INDAM 2025. Besides this, she has participated in Doctoral Participant Centered Learning (DPCL) Workshop by Harvard Business School and Doctoral Consortium on Teaching for PhD scholars, Centre for Teaching and Learning,
Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
At JGBS, her teaching philosophy involves rigour with practical insights, engaging students in critical conversations on aspects related to organizational behaviour and human resource management.
