Meghna Sethi is a Lecturer of organizational behaviour and human resources at Jindal Global Business School, O.P. Jindal Global University. She is pursuing her doctoral study in strategic human resource management from the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. Her thesis focusses on identifying multi-level antecedents of organizational resilience and the consequent impact of developing resilience in organizations on organizational effectiveness. She has published her research work in peer-reviewed journal of international repute and also presented her work at annual conferences such as INDAM and GLOGIFT.
