Over the years, at the O.P. Jindal Global University, we have developed a strong sense of commitment towards research and capacity building. Through collaborative efforts, the university has extended various initiatives with governmental and non-governmental organizations, academicians, foreign universities, lawmakers and practitioners representing the industry. Setting up the Jindal Initiative on Research in IP and Competition (JIRICO) is a step we had taken in this direction with the vision of bringing together stakeholders to inform policymaking by undertaking cutting-edge research at the interface of the niche fields of IP and competition. I congratulate the team and wish it success.
