INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE AND HUMANITARIAN LAW

The Centre for International Criminal Justice and Humanitarian Law has two principal aims: firstly, to provide a forum for discussion and stimulus for research on contemporary problems confronting international criminal justice and humanitarian law. This will be done principally through the creation of a lecture series.

The secondary aim of the centre is to undertake field research in support of a book (authored by the Executive Director) that surveys India’s response to a variety of transitional and international justice initiatives in its immediate neighbourhood (in the first instance, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Myanmar and Sri Lanka but possibly also extending to Iran, Nepal and Afghanistan).
