Transcripts, Migration Certificates, and Graduation

Transcript

Students may apply for their transcript by filling out the appropriate form, found here. All transcripts will be processed within 3-5 business days.

After graduation, students are entitled one transcript. Additional transcripts may be provided upon payment of Rs. 500 for each additional copy.

Migration Certificate

Students requesting a migration certificate, must fill out the No Dues Form. Students may fill out the form and send a scanned copy by email to exam@jgu.edu.in, or submit the hard copy to the Examinations Office. The migration certificate will be issued only once the No Dues form is fully filled up and received.

The migration certificate will be issued within 3-5 business days of receiving the completed No Dues form.

Graduate Degree

Upon successful completion of graduation requirements, students must fill out the No Dues Form, with the Undertaking Form. Students may fill out the form and send a scanned copy by email to exam@jgu.edu.in, or submit the hard copy to the Examinations Office.

The degree will be printed only once the No Dues Form and the Undertaking Form are fully filled up and received.

Students may apply for a provisional degree, which will be valid till the Convocation Ceremony, by filling out this form. The provisional degree will be provided within 3-5 business days.

At the Convocation Ceremony, held on 7 August every year, students will be issued their final degree. If you are unable to join for Convocation, please inform your School’s administrative officer, and coordinate another time to pick up your degree.

Students are advised to read the Academic Regulations to ensure that they are clear on their graduation requirements. In the event of any questions, students may contact their School’s administrative office. The Academic Regulations may be found in the Student Handbook.
