Adam holds a BA in Law, Political Science and International Affairs from the Open University of Israel. He has active leadership skills – he was the Chairman of the Student and Youth Local Council of the Carmel Mountain – Haifa district as well as won the Youth Volunteer Award from the Ministry of Education And Sports. He served as a lecturer for the El-Carmel project, Israeli-Druze hospitality and guided tours and as a Captain, in the Technological Unit as a Platoon Commander and in the Human Intelligence Division as a Company Commander. Besides volunteering as Israeli “SHALIACH” of the IDF and Joint Jewish Distribution Committee (JDC) to the JCC's and American Jewish Federations, he is a Certified first responder IC (Intensive Care), Emergency Medical Technician and MCI (Mass Casualty Incident) responder for Magen David Adom – Israel's national emergency medical, disaster, ambulance and blood bank service.
